Welcome to Mali Matcher. Mali Matcher is owned and operated by Vikaas Infina Labs. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Mali Matcher website and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Mali Matcher is strictly for matrimonial purposes and not a casual dating platform. The Service exists solely to help members find a suitable life partner for marriage.
1. Eligibility
You must have reached the legal marriageable age under Indian law — 18 years for women and 21 years for men — and be legally capable of entering into contracts to register and use the Service. You represent that the information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate and complete.
2. Accounts and Profiles
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. You agree not to impersonate others, post false information, or create multiple accounts for the same person. Creating a profile on behalf of someone else is permitted only with that person's authorization. Mali Matcher reserves the right to review account activity and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear fraudulent, without refund.
3. Acceptable Use
The Service is intended for genuine matrimonial introductions by individuals, not businesses. You must not use the Service for harassment, hate speech, commercial solicitation, pornography, or any illegal activity. Registering or using the Website on behalf of a business, company, or organization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Respect other members and use the communication features responsibly.
4. Communications and Consent
By registering, you consent to receive service-related communications from Mali Matcher — including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and calls, such as OTP verification messages — while you are a registered member, even if your number is on a DND/NCPR list. You also agree to receive newsletters and service-related emails; you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the links provided or your account's email preferences. Essential service and security notices cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.
5. Profile Verification and Fraud Warning
We may verify profile information such as photos, phone numbers, or documents to reduce fake and fraudulent accounts, in line with government guidance for matrimonial platforms. Even so, you should independently verify a match's identity and background before making personal or financial decisions. Never send money, share OTPs, or share banking details with another member — Mali Matcher will never ask you to do so, and any such request is a scam. Report suspicious behaviour immediately via our Safety & Privacy page.
6. Memberships and Payments
Paid features are described on the Pricing page. Plans are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal, and all payments are non-refundable once processed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content you grant Mali Matcher a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service. The Mali Matcher brand and software are our intellectual property.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
While we strive to verify profiles and maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information or the outcome of any introductions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mali Matcher and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Termination
Your membership remains valid until terminated by you or by Mali Matcher. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, misuse, or illegal activity, without refund. You may close your account at any time via account settings; unused subscription fees are non-refundable per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
