The Service is intended for genuine matrimonial introductions. You must not use the Service for harassment, hate speech, commercial solicitation, pornography, or any illegal activity. Respect other members and use the communication features responsibly.

4. Memberships and Payments

Paid features are described on the Pricing page. Payment terms, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the plan you choose and any applicable local consumer protection laws.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content you grant Mali Matcher a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service. The Mali Matcher brand and software are our intellectual property.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

While we strive to verify profiles and maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information or the outcome of any introductions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mali Matcher and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice where required by law. You may close your account at any time via account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
