• Use in-app messaging until you are comfortable sharing phone numbers or other personal contact methods.
• Report suspicious or abusive behavior using the Help Center or by contacting support.
• Never send money or financial information to someone you meet on the platform.

Privacy Practices

We collect the minimum personal information needed to operate the Service and to help members find suitable matches. This includes name, age, gender, contact details, photos, and profile attributes you choose to share.

We use industry standard security practices to protect your data. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel and third-party providers who help us run the Service. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

Profile Photos and Verification

Profile photos are shown to other members; you control which photos are publicly visible. When we offer verification, we may ask for documents or checks; verification helps other members trust your profile but never publicly exposes sensitive documents.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can request account deletion via account settings. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from active systems and disable access. Some anonymized or aggregate data may be retained for analytics and legal compliance.

Reporting and Support

If you encounter harassment, fraud, or safety concerns, contact support@malimatcher.com immediately. Provide relevant details and any supporting screenshots; we will review reports promptly and take necessary actions.

If you experience fraud, blackmail, or any cyber crime while using the platform, you can also report it directly to Indian government authorities:
